Bounce Haus

Claire was napping and the kids were engrossed in a movie (for once) so I foolishly thought I could sneak away for some quiet time in my room. So naive haha. They will always find me!

I love this picture...Claire LOVES her blueberry and always gives her hugs

Our days were feeling pretty random and hectic (or boring) so I made this schedule to at least give us some sort of framework. It worked for like one day haha.

This saucer sled was a PERFECT baby pool! Claire was very pleased with her water experience.

And....we broke down and bought a bounce house. The kids needed something to get their energy out and burn off some steam, and we didn't want to get a trampoline right before we moved. So, Bounce Haus is is! It has been GREAT. Highly recommend.

Claire wasn't too sure about the whole thing and was happier playing in the grass with us. She looks so good in yellow.

Our neighbor's grass truly is greener haha

Natalie's favorite books are "Dork Diaries" right now. She's read like 5 or 6 of them multiple times. The other picture is me buried in blankets and a sleeping bag on my beloved nap couch.

some early morning bounce action

Haha I found this in Natalie's pile of things. I am glad she is self confident!

weird food shortages during the quarantine

the boys wanted to "practice swimming" after swim lessons // my dad's old M&M dispenser is getting some good use with us lately (I only like peanut m&ms though, so it's not a temptation for me)

^^the four documented seconds of calm during "remote learning." school at home is ROUGH.

Some days I give up and just focus on reading. Less of a battle, still learning.

Stockton's favorite thing lately has been eating frozen cool whip. He and Jack shared this whole container together haha. And Natalie's smile says it all: she was SO happy to see her class via Zoom!

Jack got to meet with his teacher too, and he showed her all of his animals.

I love when Austin leaves me surprise messages on my teaching whiteboard, although this one was harder to wipe off.
